Baxter's COVID19 Story

"I was in the Bhutan airport in Asia with my mom, my dad, and my sister and we were dancing with a kid we befriended there when my dad said, "we have to go home." We had been traveling around the world for six months now when Covid 19 hit."

Check out the video created by one of our Wildwood Academy students in Digital Storytelling. They chose to tell their Covid experiences in a 2-3 minute short film, utilizing storytelling principles and video editing techniques that share each student's unique perspective. In Digital Storytelling, students learn story structure/development, exercise creative writing in developing a voice over, and learn non-linear editing while combining imagery, voice-over, and music.
