It's hard to believe that three weeks ago we were scheduling pre-interviews for a production in California that we would be wrapping up today. It is amazing to see the resilience and adaptability of our community and partners in the face of COVID19. We are truly grateful for all of you and wish you all well as we continue to see how the new normal progresses.
At Story Gorge, we have been working remotely for almost two weeks. Kyle is working from home in White Salmon, Sean is alternating between teaching applied math to his kids in the garden and crushing SG admin in Bingen, and Elizabeth is tackling the homeschooling of her three children in Hood River.
While things have slowed, we are determined to support our clients and partners in any way we can. We are working with schools around the Gorge to streamline remote learning technology and to continue to offer our storytelling education. We are working with clients to determine messaging needs, and working with archived media to provide them with new content.
We are also developing online webinar and workshop offerings! We had our first free webinar on Tuesday with over 25 folks tuning in from across the country, and we will be kicking off our first online Digital Storytelling workshop next Monday (check them both out below!)
We would love the opportunity to support you during this time. Do you need supplemental education for your kids? Support on setting up video and audio for your work from home (WFH) office? Have a story to share, but not sure how? Need a corny joke? Drop us a line, and we will do our best to support you.
Wishing the best for you and yours. Be well!

We are planning to make a Virtual Tour for our incoming Kindergarteners to replace the usual in-person meet and greet. Any tips, gear suggestions, for a short video would be excellent. I am particularly wondering about getting good audio.
