MSU Denver’s first Lifestyle Medicine graduate takes her education into a rural Colorado community to pass on her knowledge to remote populations. Nancy started @herbalgardenwellness, a community focused health and wellness non-profit that provides opportunity to contribute as one member to the greater good of the community. In August of 2020 we traveled to Colorado for the latest installment of The Lifestyle Medicine Story Project, a collaboration with our friends at @aclifemed. This story focused on an alumnus combining her traditional knowledge with Lifestyle Medicine principles to serve rural Colorado.
